We all make excuses when it comes to attracting, meeting and holding on to a special someone. Often, you become caught up with these reasons why we can't find the love of your life. By consistently thinking negatively when it comes to love, you are ruining any opportunity in front of you.

Perhaps you have pushed people away out of fear, self-doubt or insecurity that is why you cannot see the presence of love in your life. The longer you stay completely stuck in this situation, the tougher it becomes to snap out of it and grab what you've only fantasized about --- the love of your life. It is time to finally take charge of your love life. In order to make it happen, I will be giving you tips on how to cast love spells using words.

The art of the love spells has been practiced for many years. A spell may differ from another, but all spells need a proper setting and instructions. Here are my tips on how to do it.

1. Choosing Your Spell.

Visualize your intentions vividly, and choose your spell wisely. The best results come to those with more knowledge of the person they want to cast the spell to.

2. Choosing Your Target.

You will not be able to cast a love spell against another person. If the person you love do not like you at all, there is a very high possibility that your spell will fail. Love spells are merely aid for the undecided.

3. Choosing Your Setting

A familiar and comfortable space is the best place to meditate. Make sure that you are able to concentrate for full 20-minutes without being interrupted.

4. Choosing Your Casting Style

The only best style is to follow directions carefully, detail by detail. Be critical in perfecting the spell before attempting to cast it, to ensure a hundred percent success in your casting.

The most important thing when trying to cast any spell, especially a love spell, is persistence. That is because even though your spell may have been time-tested by other spell-casters, your casting skills may prevent you from succeeding. Practice indeed makes perfect. Most of all, you have to remember that there are spells that may or may not work for you, and you may need to test multiple spells before finding the right one.

Magic Spells and the Moon

New Moon / Dark Moon

This is usually when you are at your most powerful energy levels for spell casting. The most powerful time for spells is three days after the appearance of the new moon.

The new moon (or dark moon) is the best opportunity to remove unwanted things from our lives. This is also a good time to reverse spells others have cast, ideal for warding off or banishing spells and focusing on removal of negative energies.

Black Moon

When two new moons appear during a single month (which happens occasionally), the second of the two is known as a "black moon" and is normally the stronger. This is the best time to cast particularly difficult or very hard working spells, such as those that deal with addiction.

Waxing Moon

The waxing moon is perfect for magic spells regarding success, protection, abundance, friendships, luck, new beginnings, and love. In general, the waxing moon is wonderful for good and constructive white magic spells.

First Quarter

The first quarter is the middle point between the new moon and the full moon. During this time most you should focus and meditate on attracting new positive things towards you. The things you ask for in your spells will grow as the moon waxes further.

Waxing Gibbous

During a waxing gibbous moon is the best time to focus on fruition and completion of your magic spells, and the time to focus and meditate on all the spellwork you did during the waxing phase. By concentrating more on the spells you've already cast, you enhance their power. This is also great time to do magical work on prophecy, protection or divination.

Full Moon

When the moon is full, then is the time to meditate on the divine and awesome power of the universe and nature, and pray that it will strengthen and empower us as witches and wizards. The full moon offers the strongest power for all invocations and spells. Now is the time to cast your biggest and most powerful magic spells.

Blue Moon

When a month has two full moons (similar to two new moons), the second event is normally the stronger of the two. Now is the time to perform any spells and rituals that need a bit of extra kick. This is also the time to meditate on your goals in life and to assess your successes and failures.

Waning Gibbous

This is the perfect time to banish the things you no longer want in your life. At the same time, you can meditate on cleansing and removing all and any negativity around yourself.

Last Quarter

This is the time for ending your magic spells and wrapping up your spell casting, much like the moon reaching the end of its natural cycle. Focus on balancing your internal magical energies, always replacing negative thoughts with positive ones.

Waning Moon

The time of the waning to the new moon is the best time to be rid of unwanted circumstances or events in your life. Cast banishing spells against your enemies, any addictions or sickness, negativity, and all evil. Fully cleanse yourself of the things you no longer need or desire.
